INVESTIGATED COMPLAINT OF A POSSIBLE FOODBORNE ILLNESS.
COMPLAINANT STATED THEY HAD NY STRIP STEAK WITH CORN AND BROCCOLI. THEY STATED THAT THE CORN TASTED STRANGE. TALKED WITH THE MANAGER ON SITE TODAY AND DISCUSSED THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: ADDITIONAL COMPLAINTS OR COMPLAINTS MADE IN HOUSE, ANY SUPPLY CHANGES OR RECIPE CHANGES, ANY CALL OFFS FOR ILLNESS OR FAMILY ILLNESS, ANY INJURIES ( CUTS, SORES, WOUNDS) AMONG THE FOOD WORKERS. MANAGER STATED THERE WERE TWO EMPLOYEES WHO CALLED OFF WITH COVID. BOTH WERE OUT STARTING 8/11. NONE OF THE OTHER EMPLOYEES HAVE SHOWED ANY SIGNS OF ILLNESS. THERE WERE NO OTHER ISSUES WITH ANY OF THE OTHER ITEMS DISCUSSED. NO OTHER ISSUES WERE NOTED. |
